How do you guarantee my design won't be stolen or outsourced?

Our entire production process is 100% in-house in our California facility. We never upload your files to third-party aggregator networks or overseas factories. We are legally bound to protect your IP and will gladly sign an NDA before you even upload a single blueprint.

Will there be unexpected setup fees or steep shipping markups?

Never. We despise hidden fees as much as you do. The estimate you calculate is what you pay. We don't charge deceptive "$100 setup fees" for a 5-gram part, and our shipping rates are exactly what the carrier (FedEx/UPS) charges with zero overhead padding.

Will the printed parts actually fit together out of the box?

Unlike blind, fully automated printing farms, your files are manually reviewed by our engineers. We perform a free DFM check, accounting for polymer shrinkage so your parts fit.

Note on extreme precision: If your project requires exceptional, true engineering tolerances, the cost will be higher. Plastic is not metal, and its properties vary batch-to-batch. Achieving extreme tolerances requires us to print several iteration test pieces, adjusting settings specifically to dial in those exact dimensions for your specific geometry.
